Mission:
We in San Rafael National Trade School, reflective of the needs of our town mates here at San Rafael and its neighboring barrios are committed in molding globally competitive, morally valued academically and technically skilled individual through the guidance of God and Deped family.

Introduction:
Learning is a continuous process; therefore, education in general, public education in particular should always be geared towards improvement and development. It is because of the same ideology why San Rafael National Trade Schooltakes active role in the collaboration duty of edifying literacy and convalescing the quality of education in our country.

School and Community Profile:

Community:
Caingin is one of the most prosperous barangay in the municipality of San Rafael. It has a total land area of 8,886 square hectares. It is located in the western part barangay Pantubig and east barangay Tambubong, north of Bustos and south of barangay Capihan.
It is around three kilometers away from the town proper of San Rafaelwith tricycles and public utility jeep providing the rides needed by populace. PLDT and Digitel are current installed telephone landline companies in this area. It has a multi-purpose center, a Barangay Hall and a Day Care Center, a service vehicle and ambulance.

Socio Cultural:
Because of the barangay’s geographical location, most of the residents here are farmers, rice, root crops, corn and vegetables are their most common crops. There are also businessmen, medical practitioners, engineers, teachers, skilled and unskilled workers here at barangay Caingin.

School:
Republic Act No. 5665 formally inked the establishment of San Rafael National Trade Schoolon June 21, 1969, but become operational during school year 1988-1989. SRNTS stands both steadfast sturdy and progressively proud on a 3,406 square meters original school site donated by the municipal government. A well developed and purchased extension is already in existence at Paltok, Caingin, SanRafael where freshmen and sophomore tradians permanently stay.
The school is only three kilometers away from the town proper and six kilometers from Baliuag, Bulacan. SRNTS is the only public secondary school in the town that offers vocational secondary education to poor but deserving young citizens of
San Rafaeland its neighboring towns.

The School Logo:
Simultaneously with the school’s opening, SY 1988-1989, is the creation of the school logo by its pioneer Trade Drawing teacher, Nestor A. Guimbaolibot. Its circular side, the gear, symbolizes SRNTS being a trade school, the illustration inside the gear represent the school’s four offered major courses. They are drafting represented by a T square and a compass, electricity and electronics by lightning, garments by thread and a needle and metal works by an anvil and hammer.
